How to figure out what is in a Railworks steam update

The other day I started up TS2013 and waited and waited while Steam was updating the files. Once it was finished I opened up the Railworks folder and searched for files that were date-stamped that day. I found 810 Mb (3349 files) had been updated. Trying to figure out what had been updated, I flipped through page after page after page of the file listing...
