You can own one of these four packs:

-SD70Pack02
-SD70UPHeritage
These are the only four I associated the proxyxml/proxybins and xml/bins
with.
How to install (for first timers):
1.Locate your folder: Railworks\Assets\RSC
2.Go to (SD70NSHP,SD70Pack01,SD70Pack02 and/or SD70UPHeritage)\Audio\
Railvehicles\Diesel\SD70ACe\Cab and drag the xml from the zip file
to Cab folder (make sure to backup your older xml just in case this doesnt work)
3.Drag the SearchlightSimulations folder from the zip file to your RSC folder. If you
already have the searchlight simulations folder, drag and drop the MP K5LLA folder into it.
4.Test railworks to see if it works. If there are any problems comment
in the video I posted on my Youtube channel: Brandon Jones.
