Just run the installer and then go find the GP38-2_UP.GeoPcDx. Copy it and paste it into the Assets\DTG\CalTrain\RailVehicles\Diesel\GP38-2\BM\Engine folder. This should show up as (TRS) EMD GP38-2 BM. I want to thank the folks at TruRail for the mods allowing a non dynamic brake version of the iconic GP38-2.
