Pack containing two CSX YN3B skins for the Chicago Racetrack BNSF GP38-2

Description: Thank you for downloading this pack! It contains two CSX YN3B reskins for The Racetrack: Aurora - Chicago Route Add-On (which you must own in order to use these skins properly) BNSF GP38-2.

The two liveries mentioned are a "generic" YN3B unit, and one for operations on the New York - New Haven Route Add-on (not required for these to work properly). The difference between these two is that the NYNH version has a yellow stripe running along the bottom of the plow and up both sides. In real life, CSX has a handful of GP38-2s assigned to their territory on the actual NY - NH route, all with modified plows which have the yellow stripe. CSX operations on the New York - New Haven route are predominantly in and around Oak Point Yard.

INSTALLATION:

If you live inside of the US, please follow these first directions.

Unfortunately due to the way these GP38-2s were set up, the CSX skin is referencing the BNSF swoosh logo and there is no way to remove this without altering the default BNSF GP38-2. I would recommend backing up the file mentioned below in a safe space, so whenever you go to run the default BNSF engine, you can put it back into your "System" folder and have BNSF logos.

1.)In your TS2017 directory, go to Assets/Barnez/BNSFChicago/System/TexturesUSA.

2.) Back up the "TexturesUSA" file to a safe spot, and then go into it. Inside the "Logos" file which has been given to you is a texture called "logo_BNSF.TgPcDx". Drop this texture into the "TexturesUSA" file, and overwrite when asked.

Please follow the steps below for the NYNH version.

3.) Copy the GP38_Cab_BNSF.GeoPcDX file from...

...Assets/Barnez/BNSFChicago/RailVehicles/Diesel/GP38-2/BNSF/Cabview.

And paste it into...

...Assets/Barnez/BNSFChicago/RailVehicles/Diesel/GP38-2/CSX YN3B/Cabview.

4.) Copy the GP38-2_BNSF.GeoPcDx file from...

...Assets/Barnez/BNSFChicago/RailVehicles/Diesel/GP38-2/BNSF/Engine.

And paste it into...

...Assets/Barnez/BNSFChicago/RailVehicles/Diesel/GP38-2/CSX YN3B/Engine.

And that's it!
