Do we have one of these anywhere?

Aren't the modern ones, DOT-111 -112 and their kin 30000 gallons?

I think the Tank car in the Marias Pass is 30,000 gallon? I believe the default tanks in the kuju file are 16,000.

Well now this is confusing. The Tropicana one that Harry did say 217,000 lbs on it which is what the 30,000 gallon one weighs according to the internet (so it must be right) and the one from Marias Pass says 138,400 which indicates it's a 15,000 gallon. Without dragging them to my painting program they eyeball to be the same size in game.

Other than the shorty tanks that VRC just put out, im pretty sure ALL of the existing tank cars are the same exact size.

I claim to be a engineer. I guess it's time to measure and calculate.

When I was swapping couplers for the RRMods double shelfs I didn't notice any visual size difference between the Kuju and new RRMods models.

It would be interesting to see some new tankcars, this game is lacking modern variations of tank cars like 23,500 gal, 29,000, 30,000, and 31,000

Agreed. We need more tank car variations.

Yeah try running a 50+ car train of those and let me know how well it goes lol. Not very good for me atleast, but im on an underpowered laptop anyway.
