How to add Headlight Flares to Locomotives?

How can I add "Headlight Flares" to locomotives like the BN SD40-2?

Check the advanced settings in TS2015 and you can turn headlight flare on and off.
Intel i5-10600K CPU, Asus TUF GAMING Z490-Plus (Wi-Fi) MB, Graphics Asus RTX 3060 TI 8GB OC TUF gaming card Windows 11 Home 64 bit, 16 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 ram, Viewsonic VX2728 LED 1080P FHD Monitor, Samsung 1TB SSD + other conventional drives, Corsair 750W PSU.

That is not what I meant, the BN SD40-2 in the SD40-2 Pack doesnt come with the Headlight flare, and I would like to add it, for example, the Kuju ES44 had no Headlight Flare but someone added it manually.

You would probably have to open the BN SD40-2 headlight bin file with RW Tools and edit it by changing some of the parameters.

Can anyone help me? I have seen a few downloads with Locomotives with Added Headlight Flares to them.
