Posted: Mon Aug 18, 2014 1:02 amThe SD70 pack 2 and the dash 9 were released in August 2012 so they should have TSX effects. I have them all along with the NS Heritage engines which also have TSX effects. (yikes! I think I have all the US diesels now

No. Nor has the NS SD40-2 High Nose, the CN SD40-2 Wide Nose, the GP9 pack, the SW1500 pack, and the original SD70ACe pack.
