No no no for the love of God don't try to edit your blueprint files.
Here is a zip file with a modified passenger camera for the Pac Surf.
Please follow these instructions:
1- Download the zip file to your desktop.
2- Doucle-click on the zip file to open it in a new window. We'll call it Window 1. Inside, you should see a folder named "Assets". Keep Window 1 open for later.
3- Open a new explorer window (quickest way is by hitting Win+E on the keyboard, that's "Windows key" and the "E" key at the same time). We'll call this Window 2.
4- In Window 2, browse to your Steam/SteamApps/Common folder. There should be a "Railworks" folder inside.
5- Back in WIndow 1, take the "Assets" folder and DRAG it to Window 2, and DROP it on the "Railworks" folder in Window 2. Make sure you don't drop the file until your cursor is steady on the folder and nothing is moving. If you don't know how to drag-and-drop files, you can find easy tutorials on Youtube.
6- Windows will pop-up a warning, saying that "This destination already contains a folder named 'Assets'" and ask if you still want to merge this folder. Click on the "Yes" button. If it asks a similar question again, check the box marked "Do this for all current items" then click on the "Yes" button again.
7- Done. Close Window 1 and Window 2. Delete PacSurfCamera.zip from your desktop.
