I'm making a NS OCS F7a and F7b (yes, they have those). However, i am stuck: I cant find a way to shrink the NS logo onto the unit size. Thanks!

If you don't have it get Paint.net. D/L the logo, open it in the program and re-size it to whatever size you need and then paste it onto your model.

Ok, buzz, and now for a minor status update: Alpha channels are going well, editting is well under way. about 1-2%

Well, I just started, and am trying to make everything just right, so this is gonna take a while. But here are the screenshots. Expect more tomorrow or so.

If you're using Photoshop, use Free Transform to resize the image.

uh, oh. Ran across a little problem: I cannot find the logo for the front of the unit (The horse by itself)! If anyone can give it to me or show me a download link, it would be most appreciated.

ok, thanks buzz, now, I have another problem: I am editing the alpha channel by itself, how do i get the alpha onto the regular photo? Or is the alpha the new skin? Thanks.

Do you have DXTBmp program? It's the easiest way to put alphas onto BMPs.

Ok, just found that out by playing with it a little. again guys!

Ok, yet another problem! I'm trying to test the engine, put when I place it, this is all that shows up!
