How to award points in Career Scenario?

I did a search on this topic not finding the answer so I hope one of you may provide it. I created a Career Scenario with the WP F7 and the Sac Northern route. I got the scenario to work correctly other than award points at the end. I made sure to check the scenario fly out box on the right of the screen that it was to award points for timely bonuses and all, however whenever I complete the scenario, it says "Scenario completed successfully," but no points are given.
