DropOff Cars in Pacific SurfLiner

I tried creating a scenario using the Dropoff instruction on the Pacific Surf Liner route. IT DOES'Nt WORK!!! Has anyone else tried using the Dropoff instruction?

I got it to work. I had the siding marker set too long
