Hi all,

Didn't want my first post to be a cry for help, but it's come down to it.

Not sure if I'm the only one with this issue but I've been having routes and locomotives progressively going missing since the TS2019 update. Started with a few British routes, now the US routes have all disappeared. I've got the new Sherman Hill DLC (including GTEL + SD70) and that worked except for the GTEL which never showed up at all.

I've already verified the files and cleared the cache multiple times, and contacted DTG but they're just saying the usual asking me to verify and clear.

Anyone have any brighter ideas please?

Is the missing DLC showing up in your Steam DLC list?

Note that the 'greyed out' items on my list that are not currently installed are still showing as owned.

The DLC shows up on the DLC list and the .ap files and assets are installed. DTG's just asked me to reinstall the game altogether.
