Sometimes they run out of keys, I pre-ordered on Tuesday but didn't get mine until yesterday. It's probably all fixed now but it was frustrating, that was the first time it ever happened to me there.

Bear in mind any time you've already played will count towards getting a refund, if indeed this even applies when you buy a key.

I got my key within 5 minutes, so they must have acquired another batch.

Now I am an official customer of this game I reported my findings to Dovetail Customer Support in all honesty.

I ordered from gamersgate yesterday. My code was given immediately upon payment.

Just jumpped in the pool. The key was available instantly.

Actually cheaper than getting the discount through Steam.

At $25 one can not buy the game.
