Threw this together a weekend ago. Horn code is owned by emd645e3. As soon this is up to standards and reworked i may release it via the file library.

Where did you take this horn Proxy from?

EDIT: Nevermind... Good to know Ryan's been stealing entire proxy's off Anthony's 40's pack lately. Most likely not the only thing he stole, I just got to dig a little deeper.

The proxy isn't from the 40 series pack. the file structure is completely different.
