If there's no room in the parameters for raising the audio, then I would strip out all of the engine audio files, convert to .wav and then amplify them in an audio work station like adobe audition or maybe there's some freeware out there somewhere. Then pop them back into the folders and point the relevant blueprint codes to the new .wav files. I use cool edit pro for this most of my audio post work. It's about 15yrs old now but still does the trick. I have a vid on youtube that very briefly shows this sort of work going on if you're interested.
