I haven't repainted this locomotive before but I'll give it a shot. The Rock Island Line is a mighty good road!

This is a user friendly paint. All of the bins can be a bit confusing but I got by them to do that L&N suite.

I may have to tap into your experience. I still have to download the phase II version. There's bit of an issue with the link but I'm sure we'll get it worked out.

Just a quick splash of paint and one trip through the bin files. Lots to do, but it's a start.

I didn't realize it had been almost a year! Oh well, I finally got back to it and decoded the phase 3 changes. Just need to do a bit of weathering and fix the numbers bin.

Where, when do I download?

In the early days I looked into licensing The Rock. Maytag had it, but it finally ended up with Iowa Interstate. They would not answer my queries concerning licensing.
