Hi I just got my email with my rewards code but how do I get my reward in my steam account I cannot figure it out?

Bottom left hand corner of any page on Steam click on the add game icon and follow instructions.

In the steam launcher, at the bottom left, click add a game, and add a product on steam. Then click next and then enter your code.

The same stuff that was posted in December about the freebie then again in January and then again this month, first where is it, second how do I find it and last but not least how do I install it.
