Just right click on the folder and choose "COPY"
or select the folder and use CTRL + C then go to your Destination Drive in this case "E" and choose paste or CTRL+V. This is useful:

I use a small app (originally for Vista) called 'take ownership' and it resets the attributes automatically with a right click on a file or folder.
