You will find this update in the optional updates.
It allows C++ that is developed in Windows 10 developers tools to run correctly on older windows operating systems. That's any Windows OS before 10.
This does/will apply to our Simulator.
So, if you normally ignore the optional updates, install this one.

Hi should I install the windows 10 update i still got the pffer to install it,I still have windows 8.1 how does win 10 work with TS2016?

TS2016 no problems on W10 for me that is.

My only complaint about Windows 10 is Microsoft forcing driver updates onto the user. This is a real problem, especially for gamers and others that use high end GPUs.

That's never happened to me, but have heard of it happening to other people. New driver out for Nvidia cards 358.91.
