Developer File Structures

Help! For some unknown reason I've lost the listings of my Google Track Decals generated via RWDecal,in the World Editor. The drop down file on the right side of the screen. Evidently, I've done some stupid operation that wont let the decals to be listed. From back up files I've tried to put the decals back in the system but none show up in the editor, even though they appear in the listing on the left fly-out listing.

I've done the verify files routine several times, deleted and restructured my developer file several times using RWTools and still no results.

What is the correct total file structure for a developer file?
Should the total developer file be the same structure in both the Source and Assets folders?
Where should the Decal, CVS, and other associated file folders be?

Thanks,

Dave

With 2014 that's usually a broken file path starting in the Assets or Content folders.
You might need to create and name some folder missing in one of those two folders. Maybe more files in a path...
New build. i7-7700k, MSI Z270 Gaming M5 Mobo, Hyper 212 Evo, Corsair DDR4 3200 Mhz RAM, Klipsch Pro Mediea 2.1 Speakers, Samsung 850 Evo SSD, HAF XM Case, Asus Strix GTX 1070 and Cooler Master Storm XT Keyboard.
Slick with Pretty Rainbow Colors.
