Fuelable Cabforward Tender

Just uploaded to the library: a mod for the Cab Forward Tender. It turns both the clean and weathered versions into tenders that accept and give fuel and water to the engines. This is useful if you want to mix and match engines and tenders. I suppose it would be good for reskins. The Cab Forward tender matches up well with the SP&S Northern and the NKP Berkshire
