DTM S.P. SD45 Brake fix V1.2

I've released a new and improved brake and coupler patch for the DTM S.P. SD45, based on what I've learned over the last few months.
If you're using the original version you should update. The new files greatly improve the feel/lever throw of the brakes over the stock settings and improve the air settings.

I want to thank Mike Rennie, Buzz and anyone else that's answered my questions over the months.
