I am trying to find this loco in order to use the 2 C-36s recently downloaded from the file library,which I searched- only the 2 recently uploaded C36s show in search any links to this --as the readme says it is in the RWA file library and it is needed to use the CO and Chessie c36's?

File library search on c39 brings this up and 2 others, the new ones, up on the screen.
