This model is a Riverside, Waterton & Atlantic Railway reskin of Michael Stephan’s freeware GSC-Flatcars_West Bulkhead Flatcar Pack. The GSC-Flatcars_West base model can be downloaded at:

Run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the models. In the scenario editor the models are listed as: “Bulkh-Flat RWA Pulpwood”. The models are installed into: Assets\GreatNortherner\GSC-Flatcar-Pack\RailVehicles\Freight\GSC-RWA.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
