Some new pixel people hired for the railroad

Unread postby ironcat60 » Sat Jun 02, 2018 12:58 pm

I have five new hire's being submitted today.

Re-textures of the in-game US Workman Stand 01 (the figure in the black coat, jeans, safety vest and hard hat). Well these guys come with different colored coats, some different types of pants and gloves for their hands. They are come up in the menu as US Workman Stand 02 to US Workman Stand 06. Also included is a re-texture of US Workman Stand 01 with gloves for his hands. The re-texture of Workman 01 will overwrite the original but that shouldn't be a big deal as it is the same character but with work gloves.

Oh yeah nearly forgot about this character. Re-texture of Driver Stand US 01a into Driver Stand US 01c. This character is basically the same but has a red flannel shirt on instead of the "uniform" grey one. If you steam types are interested in it I can probably duplicate my success and get a few other variations for this character. Might get adventurous and try different overalls.

Awesome!
What a great idea! Personally I never wear blue jeans to work, khaki man myself. So that'll be nice to see alittle variety.

Did you all notice that the Equal Employment Opportunity rules now apply to new perspective employees? I also have some women employees that I am trying to get their facial textures to line up with the features on the models. For some reason the nose never looks right. They look like Golda Mier or Karl Maulden. Oh well I guess I can always consult a plastic surgeon.

The 3D model of the human characters is of course non-editable, so no nose jobs from you ;-)

I've looked at the texture sheets, those flattened out faces do look scary indeed.

Nice job on the clothing and very welcome those variations. Thanks for doing them.
