Problems and Questions: G-Trax B&LE Santa Fe

Ive ran the B&LE Santa Fe multiple times with various load weights and found that it is either underpowered or has a problem with excessive wheelslip. I also am not very fond of how long the whistle takes to fully quill. If anyone would be so kind as to instruct me on how to do my own physics upgrade and possibly even fix the whistle quill that would be amazing. I'm looking to become someone who can make modifications to locomotives myself without having to rely on others.

Here are whistles I have collected for the Santa Fe. This file is for both the 6 coupled and the Santa Fe from G-Trax. I don't remember what it changes. Be cautious and backup the original files in case you are dissatisfied with the results. Let me know when you have downloaded so I can clear my Dropbox. Please provide a review.
