Track lowered about 4"

I was creating a free roam scenario on NS Coal district when I had a crash to desktop. On restarting the route I found that the track was lowered about 3 scale inches into the ballast so not ties show except very lightly at switches. I deleted the route folder in routed and reinstalled with the same results. Outside the .ap I have a Networks, scenarios, and a scenery folder as well as some additional scenario folders in .ap and a route properties.xml.
What is the best way to correct this?
The Networks folder outside the.ap contains Loft Tiles, Track Tiles and Tracks.bin
Is there a way to raise all tracks at once?

When something is changed in a route, TS saves all changes in separate folders inside the route's folder, like:
00000044-0000-0000-0000-000000002014\Networks\
00000044-0000-0000-0000-000000002014\Scenery\
These modifications overwrite all files inside the route's ap file, that's the reason why you reinstall did not work.
=> You may move the networks folder to a place outside of TS, I bet, your problem will be gone (but you loose some intended modifications).

The modified RouteProperties.xml may contain requirements for soundpacks by MLWaudio / Searchlightsimulations .
I would keep it in the first run. Anyway it influences only the environment (location, sky, templateroute) of the route, no scenery and tracks.

All created / modified scenarios are saved inside
00000044-0000-0000-0000-000000002014\Scenarios\
Scenarios never rise/lower tracks, you can only add a marker, stoppping point or a portal (with a trick), but that will be valid only in a specific scenario.
So keep Scenarios !

Where that spot would be? (coordinates)? Just to check in my route.

There are tracks in TS available without sleepers. So this may not be a technical issue.
Could you check the tracks properties in the route editor, please ?
track properties.jpg

Finish by right mouse click, then nothing is changed.
Please report the name of the track and the name in the line above (this is the trackrule).

I tried the suggestions and ended making a mess of things. But I finally solved the issue. All track is showing along the route.I imported from a backup the route folder. Thanks for the suggestions. I will keep this information in my Misc TSC Info file.

For LP's track, you have to make sure it is ticked in the asset list for the route you have it installed on. It should work after you restart the sim.

@DieselMatt75 : Please do not confuse him with LP's track. This makes all more complicate. I am sure AmericanSteam is now happy with this result.

I'm sorry if I was confusing and I know he solved his issue, but it's good information for those who do not want to swap the LP track. It's very easy to tick an asset in the asset selector. It does look better than the original, too.
