TS Mod Archive F9 & DDA40X Pack Download Not Working

Hi, does any one know what happened to the UTS EMD F9 & DDA40X Enhancement Pack download buttons on the Train Sim Mod Archive? Most of the other download buttons on that site are working, but those specific ones are not. Is any one else having the same issue?

It's a site with multiple enhancement packs, sound packs, etc.. for TSC. They actually have 2 different websites, and old one and a new one.

The two packs I mentioned have two mods where the download buttons aren't working. They are both under the UTS creations section.
