Yeah, I read about that in the news a few days ago.
I'm stumped...
How is it that U.S. can't own anything outright in Mexico, but they can buy our stuff, like a railroad...
I'm usually pretty open minded about these things, but in this case I hope a Government review says no.

The FEC is 'Owned' by Fortress (Worldwide) Investment Group LLC who are to be aquired by SoftBank

So technically the FEC is not a US 'Owned' Corp, even though it's registered and administered under US law.
