GSC 'Commonwealth' Flatcars: TS13 Update

Hi,

The GSC Commonwealth Flatcars have at last also received an update to TS13 specs -- and while I was at it also a pretty big optimization of the LODs.
For now only the two BN packs have been updated, the CR pack will follow soon.

As usual you can get the new version free of charge if you already own the cars, please use your old download links (or send me an email if you'd like me to re-send the links or have questions.)

To all who to downloaded the "updated CR Pack" yesterday or today, please redownload and reinstall the file.
I made a mistake when uploading the files to my website and the old (RW3) rwp file remained online. My apologies!
