I've put the GSC Flatcars and USRA Boxcars back on my website. I haven't updated them for TS13 yet, so you must own the RailSimulatorUS assets to run them.

You can get the GSC and USRA packs now for half their original price. This discount will stay in effect for as long as the packs are in RW3 specs.
