Rick...

They look fantastic - a beautiful job.

Had been hanging out for these (and Sly's Challengers) but after waiting 7 weeks for the disc version of RW, I just can not get it to even install, due to my crappy net connection, so it looks like am not even going to get the chance to see them in action, but if I can get it going, these will be my first payware...

Look forward to seeing some Youtube vids of them in action.

Cheers and thanks

Hi Rick
I downloaded the SP&S northern yesterday. A fantastic engine.Beautiful work, but I think the sound could be improved a bit,it is very faint also the whistle doesn't do justice for such a brute of an engine but I still love it.

Thanks for two great Loco's. Bought and downloaded. :D

I noticed in the latest Railworks update the following -

"Added particle emitters can be tied to controls via the EngineScript of a locomotive (not used by default locomotives yet)"

Any plans to use this functionality at some point or is it to early to say ?

John

Definitely! Whistle and cylindercock steam effects have been successfully added. Currently in testing along with some other updates.

Will announce a download patch soon.

Hey Rick,

What's your next project? Have you thought of something?

I believe Rick might be working on the Cab Forward mentioned elsewhere on the forum.

BTW, please don't dig up old threads.

Actually Marc, I don't have a problem with folks digging up old threads, as long as the new post is relevant to the old stuff. *!!wink!!*

I love a good debate...

Perceived only because it's steam and G-Trax. It's not actually relevant, however, as the poster is asking "What's next?", not to mention there are several newer threads by Rick showing what's "next" and what's "released", n'est–ce pas? *!!wink!!*

Maybe a link to some of the newer threads would help the poster and deter any further posts in this thread. *!!wink!!*
